Data for:Transfer-printed yellow and red InGaN micro-LEDs on diamond for ultra-low-power high-speed optical interconnects

This dataset supports the research article titled "Transfer-printed yellow and red InGaN micro-LEDs on diamond for ultra-low-power high-speed optical interconnects." The repository contains the underlying experimental data and source data for the results presented in the manuscript, including: Optoelectronic Characterization: Raw and processed data for current-voltage (I-V) curves, electroluminescence (EL) spectra, and light output power (P) measurements for both yellow and red InGaN micro-LEDs. High-Speed Performance: S21 parameters, electrical-to-electrical(E-E) and electrical-to-optical (E-O) modulation bandwidth data at various current densities. Data Transmission Results: Bit-error rates (BERs) and eye diagrams for On-Off Keying (OOK) modulation via a 1-meter fiber link, including energy efficiency (pJ/bit) calculations. The data is provided in standard formats (e.g., .csv, .xlsx, or .txt) to ensure accessibility for further scientific verification and analysis.
