Processed single-cell atlas derived from GSE248121 for psoriasis relapse analysis
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains a processed single-cell RNA-sequencing atlas derived from the publicly available GSE248121 skin count matrices. The source study sampled previously resolved psoriatic sites, recurrent plaques at the same sites, and clinically non-lesional control skin from four male patients. Starting from 141,519 deposited barcodes, per-library scDblFinder doublet detection and fixed quality-control thresholds retained 80,703 singlets across 35,609 genes. The AnnData object contains a raw-count layer, normalized log1p expression, highly variable gene information, PCA and Harmony coordinates, the neighbor graph, UMAP coordinates, Leiden labels and broad cell-type annotations. It supports patient-level pseudobulk localization, strict residual-state comparisons and constrained expression-compatibility analyses in the associated manuscript. No new sequencing data were generated, and the original GEO/SRA records remain the authoritative source for the deposited matrices and raw reads.
