DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES FOR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
收藏资源简介:
Energy efficiency has become one of the most important priorities for modern industrial enterprises because of increasing energy costs, environmental requirements, resource limitations, and the need to improve production competitiveness. Industrial facilities consume substantial amounts of electricity, thermal energy, compressed air, fuel, and other energy resources. The aim of this study was to analyze modern energy-efficient technologies and evaluate their role in reducing industrial energy consumption and operational costs. A literature-based analytical approach was used to examine high-efficiency electric motors, variable-frequency drives, waste-heat recovery, intelligent energy management systems, industrial automation, renewable energy integration, efficient compressed-air systems, and digital monitoring technologies. The analysis indicates that the greatest energy-saving effect is usually achieved through a combination of technical modernization and intelligent control rather than through a single intervention. Variable-speed control, heat recovery, equipment optimization, continuous monitoring, and predictive maintenance can significantly reduce unnecessary energy losses. The implementation of energy-efficient technologies can also decrease greenhouse-gas emissions and improve equipment reliability. However, successful modernization requires energy audits, economic assessment, staff training, appropriate maintenance, and continuous monitoring. Energy efficiency should therefore be considered an integral component of modern industrial engineering and sustainable production management.
