ASYMMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SEPARATISM IN THE SYSTEM OF MODERN CONFLICTOLOGY

At the same time, separatism is not a simple set of interacting components of a system, but a set of specifically selected components of the system. This implies a situation where not all actors and factors of political processes in a state can be included in the elements of separatism; they are specially selected due to certain reasons and circumstances. Analyzing the nature and essence of separatism from a political science perspective provides grounds to consider it a complex systemic political phenomenon.
