FR3 PA response dataset for behavioral modelling and digital predistortion

This dataset provides aligned input and output IQ (In-phase and Quadrature) measurements of two amplifiers intended for FR3 frequency range (7.125 GHz to 24.25 GHz). The DUTs are: Analog Devices’ ADL9006 and Talent Microwave TLPA2G22G-43-43-HS. The data captures the complex nonlinearities and memory effects inherent in high-frequency wideband amplification. It can be imported into MATLAB or Python/OpenDPD to perform research on Digital Predistortion (DPD) and PA behavioral modeling using methods such as Volterra series or Neural Networks, and power efficiency analysis in 6G and beyond wireless systems.
