Arabidopsis Trait Ontology

This dataset offers a detailed collection of traits centered on nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) in Arabidopsis thaliana, with a focus on nitrogen uptake and nitrogen remobilization processes. It includes variables describing dry weight measurements of various plant organs, such as roots, rosettes, stems, siliques, and seeds, across different growth stages.
