Escherichia coli multiplexed raw sequence reads for synthetic read assembly

Raw multiplexed genomic reads from 24 evolved E. coli strains. Two E. coli strains were isolated from each of the twelve recombination treatment populations in Souza V, Turner PE, L. RE, Long-term experimental evolution in Escherichia coli. V. Effects of recombination with immigrant genotypes on the rate of bacterial evolution. J. Evol. Biol. 10, 743-769 (1997). Reads were processed and synthetic reads were assembled as described in Stapleton et al. 2015.
