The set of parameters included the mutation rate per bp per generation, ��, the present equilibrium population size, N0, the time since the onset of expansion, t0 (in years), the population size at the onset of expansion, N1, and the time elapsed since the equilibrium phase, t1 (in years). For each model, the 95% credibility interval of each parameter (��103 for population sizes and times) is given after its maximum a posteriori estimate.
