IOOS Glider - SPICE Salt-finger Processes Influence on Carbon and Ecosystem dynamics - capex690-20260812T1423

The capex690 planned mission serves as a biological complement to the thermohaline staircase survey for the FKt260806/SPICE cruise aboard the Schmidt Ocean Institute\'s R/V Falkor (too). This glider will provide active acoustic backscatter observations to characterize zooplankton biomass and vertical distribution, deployed in tandem with SEA044 - Martorn from the Voice of the Ocean Foundation.
