Transcriptome of the South American lungfish skin under regenerative process

This project aims to investigate molecular mechanisms associated to South American lungfish (Lepidosiren paradoxa) skin regeneration using an RNA-seq approach. To do so, we prepared RNA-seq libraries of the South American lungfish skin under regeneration in two stages, 2- and 7-days post skin injury (dpi). All libraries were generated by poly-A enrichment and sequenced with 150 bp paired-end on Illumina Novaseq platform.
