Alphainfluenzavirus influenzae Genome sequencing and assembly

This study aims to perform complete genome sequencing of the Avian Influenza A (H5N1) virus isolated from chickens during a recent outbreak in Bangladesh. The primary goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the genetic makeup of the circulating H5N1 strain, including its specific clade, reassortment events, and any novel mutations that may impact its virulence, transmissibility, and potential for zoonotic spillover to humans.
