10x Single-Cell RNAseq Brain (Withheld Test Set)

Human astrocytes and oligodendrocytes from the brain with labels in a SingleCellExperiment object. These are 100 cells each withheld from a larger reference set, which can be used to assess cell-type annotation classifiers.
