Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell line SCRC-4000 was co-cultured with PDAC line Capan-1 with or without direct cell-cell contact, and gene expression profiles were compared. Also, patient derived cancer associated fibroblasts were established by outgrowth method and were subjected to transcriptome analysis for comparison.
