资源简介:
A study of root-microbe interactions as an effective means to increase soil organic carbon sequestration (SOCseq) and SOC density in soil profile. Results indicated that microbial community shifts towards fast growing microbial groups in response to grazing may be contributing to higher rate of immobilization and microbial biomass turnover to necromass, which may be a positive attribute for sequestering nutrients and SOC.Keywords: grazing pressure, nitrogen management, mycorrhizal biomass, subsurface soil, immobilization
