We examined the bacterial community composition (16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing) within multispecies combination following encapsulation.The encapsulated cultures in this study originated from a commercial bacterial blend, FOG (Fat Oil and Grease) type 2 purchased from USA Bio Products (USA), which were encapsulated within NatiCapâ¢Municipal SBP capsules at BioCastle Water Technologies Ltd. (Israel).
