Rice bacterial stripe disease, also known as stripe disease, stripe disease. Rice bacterial streak is a serious disease threatening rice production. The disease was first discovered in the Philippines in 1955 in Guangdong, China. It was basically controlled in the early 1960s, but after the 1980s, it resurged and spread rapidly to the rice areas of central, southwest and Eastern China. Generally, the yield of diseased fields is reduced by 10-20%, and the serious yield reduction can reach 40-60%. The lesions were initially dark green water-soaked patches, and soon grew into dark green to yellowish brown fine patches between veins. The size of the lesions was about 1 x 10 mm. The two ends of the lesions were infiltrative green. A large number of beaded yellow bacterial pus often overflow on the lesion, which is gelatinous granules after drying. When the disease is serious, the spots fuse into irregular yellowish brown to withered large spots, similar to bacterial blight, but many translucent spots can be seen in light. When the disease is serious, the leaves are curled and the fields are yellow and white. [Control methods] Rice bacterial streak pathogen was included in quarantine to prevent long-distance transmission of transported seeds. Implementing the quarantine of producing area to make a serious field inspection in the booting stage of seed production field can ensure whether the seeds are germinated or not. It is strictly forbidden to transfer or change seeds from epidemic areas. Resistant (tolerant) hybrid rice such as Gui 31901, Qinghua Ai 6, Shuanggui 36, Ningjing 15, Zhengui Ai 1, Qiu Gui 11, Shuangchao 25, Guangyou, Meiyou, Sanpei Zhan 1, Jijing 15 and Boyou were selected. The suspected rice seeds were soaked in warm soup after sterilization. The seeds were preheated in warm water at 50 C for 3 minutes and then soaked in warm water at 55 C for 1 Omin. During the period, the seeds were turned or stirred at least three times. After treatment, the bacteria on the seeds can be effectively killed by taking them out and putting them into cold water to cool down. To avoid partial and late application of nitrogen fertilizer, combined with phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, formula fertilization technology was adopted. Avoid crossing water and deep water. [Pharmaceutical control] When stripes appear on the leaves of rice seedlings or paddy fields, spraying control should be carried out immediately. The commonly used bactericidal pesticides are Thiessen copper, Yeqingshuang and Xiaobaciling.
