In this dataset, an integrated method of drug affinity responsive target stability (DARTS) and Astral DIA quantitative proteomics was used to screen the direct protein targets of leucine. SH-SY5Y cells were washed with PBS, lysed on ice for 15 min using the lysis buffer, and incubated with leucine. The protein mixture was separated in SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie brilliant blue dye. The target protein bands were excised from the gel and subjected to Astral DIA quantitative proteomics analysis.
