Surface-temperature dataset for modular removable insulation on irregular industrial components: steam-boiler case study

Component-level surface-temperature dataset from a 2025 field study of one approximately 6 t/h single-flame-tube fire-tube steam boiler. The package contains three component summary records (front door, burner flange and steam valves), measured bare and insulated surface temperatures, CAD-derived areas, ISO 12241 model predictions, figures and a deterministic CSV build script. It supports the engrXiv case-study preprint DOI 10.31224/7444. This is a single-equipment case study, not a universal product-performance dataset.
