Project Title Comparative transcriptome analysis of Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis from different geographical locations
收藏资源简介:
Public Description This project presents a comprehensive transcriptome profiling of the red alga Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis (also known as Gracilaria sp.) collected from multiple geographical locations along the coast of China. The study aims to investigate the genetic diversity and population-specific transcriptomic variations of this economically important seaweed. By comparing gene expression profiles across different populations, we seek to identify genes and molecular pathways associated with local adaptation to varying environmental conditions, such as temperature, salinity, and nutrient availability. The dataset provides a valuable resource for understanding the molecular basis of ecological adaptation and will facilitate future breeding and conservation efforts for Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis
