资源简介:
Rumen consisting significant digestive and metabolic sites, with rumen bacteria that supplying nutrients to the sheep in the form of volatile acids and microbial proteins. The symbiotic microbial population is important for the health of sheep in a multitude of ways, including nutrition digestion, immune system response balance, and moderating host function. Symbiosis also promotes the growth of the gastrointestinal tract. As a result, changes in ruminal microbial structure and function have had a significant influence on the health and productivity of small ruminants like sheep. Although the rumen microbiota is largely stable, it is highly sensitive to dietary changes, host genetics, physiology, and environmental variables.
