Transcriptome sequencing data for research on follicles in Alligator sinensis

Using follicles at different developmental stages from the gonadal tissues of adult Alligator sinensis as the research subject, this study employed transcriptome sequencing and other methods to investigate the histomorphological characteristics and spatiotemporal changes in mRNA expression profiles during follicular development. The aim is to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms underlying follicle health status and atresia fate determination in Alligator sinensis.
