ecophysiological variables (Vcmax25 and Jmax25 in the biochemical
photosynthesis model; and mbb
and bbb in the stomatal
conductance model),
yearly CO2 fertilization effects in GPP and stomatal conductance (gs),
and the global CO2 fertilization effects in GPP and
evapotranspiration inferred by the the iBLM-EC model version 2. The ecophysiological
variables and yearly CO2 fertilization effects are available for
global 104 flux tower sites, whereas data for the global CO2
fertilization effects are gridded products from 2001 to 2014. The source code
of the iBLM-EC version 2 and sample input and output files are also included.
