Unmapped proxy controls are not verified dry sites; ROC AUC, average precision, MCC and Brier describe conditional proxy-label comparisons, not calibrated flood risk. December 2025 catalogue candidates are excluded from the event analysis. Raw Pleiades imagery and GFM pixel assets are not redistributed. Components have different upstream rights; consult the README and source manifests.
