DATASETS The original ASVs tables (asv_table and asv_table_filtered) and metadata file (metadata_samples) are provided with the phylogenetic tree (rooted_tree) and DNA sequences (sequenes_100). Datasets holding other complex metadata used for analyses or plotting are also provided (daily_availability_indices; dyadic_sociality_data; sociality_data). To reduce computation time, several datasets generated during the study, using the R code provided, were exported and are readily available (alpha_diversity; alpha_diversity_normalized; master_frame; personalization_data). R CODES R scripts numbered according to the corresponding Results sections of the article. OUTSOURCED R FUNCTIONS R codes of several statistical functions loaded in the main R codes used to perform analyzes and generate figures. To load the outsourced R functions, specify the pathways to the outsourced R codes or place all R scripts in the same location.
