To investigate whether DDX5 is involved in the development of atopic dermatitis, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ear skins from Ddx5f/f and K14Ddx5f/f atopic dermatitis mice 1nmol MC903 (Sigma) dissolved in 10 μL ethanol was painted on each ear of 8-week-old Ddx5f/f and K14Ddx5f/f mice for 15 consecutive days. At day 16, ears were collected for RNA isolation.
