NTM-DB is a specialized, comprehensive database developed to address the lack of cross-species genomic resources for Non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), which are increasingly causing serious human respiratory infections. The database hosts an extensive collection of genomic data, including over 16,000 genome assemblies, hundreds of type strain genomes, and tens of thousands of annotated resistance and virulence genes across 177 species. Featuring a user-friendly interactive website, NTM-DB provides powerful online analysis tools for genotyping, phylogeny, pan-genome studies, and gene annotation to support both scientific research and clinical diagnosis.
