Whole genome shotgun sequencing of four bacterial isolates from the gut of Bactrocera oleae. Isolates were obtained through culture-based methods, shotgun sequencing of insect gut tissue, and fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Isolates were sequenced on PacBio and Illumina MiSeq.
