TOF MRA IXI dataset for landmark localization

The dataset contains 224 TOF-MRA volumes (400 x 400 x 133 dimensions and 0.6 mm isotropic voxel spacing) and their corresponding 10 landmark spheres as .nii format. These data were generated from the public IXI TOF-MRA dataset (https://brain-development.org/ixi-dataset/) after data exclusion. Data exclusion criteria included poor image quality, low spatial resolution, and too small FOV to cover the entire landmark points. nii_isores_(01 ~ 11).zip contain 224 TOF-MRA nii files sphere.zip contains 2240 sphere mask nii files. There are ten landmarks per each volume. landmark_point.csv contains each landmark's (x,y,z) location. If you use this dataset for your research, please cite Jeong et al.
