3、避碰计算，通过船舶的最新位置和航速、航向，实时计算周围船舶的DCPT（最近会遇距离）、TCPA（最近会遇时间），对DCPA和TCPA满足报警阈值的船舶进行碰撞预警

Real-time ship position data enables ship managers to track vessel positions and operational states, formulate navigation plans, and trigger timely alerts for managers to take effective countermeasures when collision risks are detected, thus ensuring safe vessel operation.
1. Data Collection: AIS ship position data is received via shore-based base stations.
2. Data Processing: The received AIS data is parsed to extract information including positioning timestamp, ship geographic position, course and speed. Duplicate data is filtered, abnormal data such as jump points is cleaned, and the processed data is stored. Historical ship position data and real-time latest ship position data are stored separately to improve query efficiency.
3. Collision Avoidance Calculation: Based on the latest position, speed and course of the ship, the DCPT (Distance to Closest Point of Approach) and TCPA (Time to Closest Point of Approach) of surrounding vessels are calculated in real time. Collision early warnings are issued for vessels whose DCPT and TCPA meet the preset alarm thresholds.
