G-quadruplex structure has been reported to highly enrich in promoter regions, providing the potential on regulating gene transcriptional activity. Here, the myoblasts that before and after myotubes fusion were considered as the samples for G4s exploration. We performed a G4 CUT & Tag sequencing by using BG4 antibody which could identify and pull down G4s in global genome.
