The RNA Se paired end sequencing library were prepared from QC passed RNA using illumina TruSeq stranded mRNA sample preparation Kit. The 1st strand cDNA was synthesized to second using second strand mix and Act-D mix to facilitate RNA dependent synthesis.. The PCR enriched libraries were analyzed in 4200 tape station system. followed by cluster generation and sequencing onto NextSeq500. The sequences were processed and subjected to routine bioinformatics procedures such as filtration of raw reads, Hq reads, de novo transcriptome assembly, transcript validation, CDS prediction. The functional annotation was done using BlastX, gene ontology using Blast2Go and pathway analysis using KAAS
