Datasets for "Characterization of the Shallow Oxygen Minimum Zone of the Eastern Tropical North Atlantic"

This repository contains all datasets used to generate the figures and tables in the manuscript "Characterization of the Shallow Oxygen Minimum Zone of the Eastern Tropical North Atlantic". Main Figures Figure 1- Definition_end_members_water_masses_2dx_2dy_2dt.csv: End-member definitions for water mass classification.- SACW_mean_120m_ETNA.nc: Mean SACW concentration at 120 m depth.- O2_mean_120m_ETNA.nc: Mean O₂ concentration at 120 m depth. Figure 2- No external data used. Figures 3–4, 6–12- Hypoxic_clusters.pkl: Python pickle file with Lagrangian Hypoxic Event (LHE) data, including coordinates, O₂ concentrations, etc.- Hypoxic_clusters.csv: Table with label identification of LHEs and corresponding type, interactions, and start and finish dates. Figure 5- sOMZ_TS.pkl: Temperature-salinity characteristics of hypoxic events in the shallow Ozygen Minimum Zone (sOMZ).
