We studied morphological and transcriptional changes of JEG-3 cells, a trophoblast model, using a hypoxia microchip and human leiomyoma-derived matrix Myogel that mimics human tumor microenvironment. We tested the influence of Myogel, fibrin, and poly-di-methyl-siloxane (PDMS) on cell morphology, adhesion, invasion, and RNA expression. The raw data files for each sample in this submission are not de-multiplexed. All sample metadata are included in the file sample_information.xls linked to to the foot of this record.
