Intestinal metagenomic sequencing results of A. veonii C4 after administration of T6SS positive and negative strains respectively in mice

After infecting mice with T6SS positive and negative strains of A. veronii C4, intestinal metagenomics sequencing was used to analyze the changes of intestinal microbial community composition. The objective is to elucidate the changes in intestinal microbiome composition caused by T6SS and to explain the T6SS mediated host pathogenesis in intestinal pathogens.
