通过分析车辆服役时长、使用强度、成本回收率等多维度数据,识别服役超24个月、近期使用频次骤降或维护成本高于收益的老旧车辆。基于判定结果自动触发淘汰预警,指导运维人员对高危车辆执行下线检测、强制报废或拆解回收,解决老旧车辆刹车失灵、电池老化等安全隐患问题,保障用户骑行安全并优化平台资产结构。1、数据来源:从东阳创享汽车服务有限公司的创享出行共享电动车运营平台系统中,采集车辆数据、用户骑行订单数据。
2、数据处理:对采集的数据进行数据清洗,剔除无效数据。计算每个车辆的车辆服役时长(当前年份-开始投放年份)。计算每个车辆的成本回收率【成本回收率=车辆累计收益/车辆成本。】
3、数据计算:
(1)根据车辆服役时长进行赋分得到“服役时长得分”:若车辆服役时长<2则不得分;若车辆服役时长为2则记30分;若车辆服役时长为3则记60分;若车辆服役时长≥4则记100分
(2)根据衰减系数得到“使用衰减得分”:先计算衰减系数【衰减系数=(最近30天日均订单量-最近7天日均订单量)/最近30天日均订单量】,然后可计算使用衰减得分【使用衰减得分=衰减系数*100】(若衰减系数为负数则使用衰减得分记0分)。
(3)根据成本回收率进行赋分得到“经济价值得分”:若成本回收率>3记100分,若成本回收率<2记0分,否则记50分】。
(4)根据车辆的淘汰评估模型计算车辆的评估分【评估分=服役时长得分*0.4+使用衰减得分*0.4+经济价值得分*0.2】。
(5)最终根据评估分进行判断,得到车辆的淘汰结论:若评估分≥80则评估结果为“建议淘汰”,若80>评估分≥50,则评估结果为“建议观察”,否则标记为“正常”。
4、数据应用:结果数据接入平台,定期对车辆的评估分进行刷新,并为运维人员提供数据参考,进行相应车辆的淘汰工作。
This dataset identifies aging vehicles that have been in service for over 24 months, experienced a sudden drop in recent usage frequency, or have maintenance costs exceeding revenue, by analyzing multi-dimensional data including vehicle service duration, usage intensity, and cost recovery rate. Based on the identification results, elimination warnings are automatically triggered to guide operation and maintenance (O&M) staff to conduct offline inspection, mandatory scrapping or disassembly and recycling for high-risk vehicles, so as to solve safety hazards such as brake failure and battery aging of aging vehicles, ensure user riding safety, and optimize the platform's asset structure.
1. Data Source: Vehicle data and user riding order data are collected from the Chuangxiang Travel shared e-scooter operation platform system of Dongyang Chuangxiang Automotive Service Co., Ltd.
2. Data Processing: Perform data cleaning on the collected data to eliminate invalid entries. Calculate the service duration for each vehicle (current year - launch year of the vehicle). Calculate the cost recovery rate for each vehicle [Cost Recovery Rate = Total accumulated revenue of the vehicle / Vehicle cost].
3. Data Calculation:
(1) Assign scores based on vehicle service duration to obtain the "Service Duration Score": No score is awarded if service duration < 2; 30 points are awarded if service duration = 2; 60 points are awarded if service duration = 3; 100 points are awarded if service duration ≥ 4.
(2) Obtain the "Usage Attenuation Score" based on the attenuation coefficient: First calculate the attenuation coefficient [Attenuation Coefficient = (Average daily order volume in the past 30 days - Average daily order volume in the past 7 days) / Average daily order volume in the past 30 days], then calculate the Usage Attenuation Score [Usage Attenuation Score = Attenuation Coefficient * 100]. If the attenuation coefficient is negative, the Usage Attenuation Score is set to 0.
(3) Assign scores based on cost recovery rate to obtain the "Economic Value Score": 100 points are awarded if cost recovery rate > 3; 0 points are awarded if cost recovery rate < 2; otherwise 50 points are awarded.
(4) Calculate the vehicle assessment score via the vehicle elimination assessment model [Assessment Score = Service Duration Score * 0.4 + Usage Attenuation Score * 0.4 + Economic Value Score * 0.2].
(5) Finally, make judgments based on the assessment score to obtain the vehicle elimination conclusion: If assessment score ≥ 80, the assessment result is "Recommended for Elimination"; if 80 > assessment score ≥ 50, the assessment result is "Recommended for Monitoring"; otherwise, it is marked as "Normal".
4. Data Application: The result data is connected to the platform, the vehicle assessment scores are updated regularly, and data references are provided for O&M staff to carry out elimination work for corresponding vehicles.
