Dataset 2: competency certification

This study seeks to explore the connection between attitudes, knowledge, skills, training, and digital competency certification in relation to sustainability awareness within Indonesia's mining sector. The analysis utilized SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9, based on data gathered from 314 participants involved in training and competency certification programs. The findings indicate that attitude significantly impacts the development of knowledge and skills, which are crucial for obtaining digital certification. Furthermore, digital certification was found to positively enhance sustainability awareness. However, the direct relationship between attitude and digital certification was not statistically significant, suggesting that the effect of attitude on certification is more indirect, mediated by knowledge and skills. This highlights the necessity of a comprehensive approach to developing digital competencies, where certification acts not only as a technical measure but also as a strategic tool for fostering sustainable mindsets and behaviors. The research offers valuable insights for shaping human resource policies that align with the digital transformation agenda and promote organizational sustainability.
