Reactive oxygen species prevent lysosome coalescence during PIKfyve inhibition

Original data for manuscript that reports that ROS can prevent lysosome enlargement during PIKfyve inhibition. The manuscript indicates that different ROS can do this differently, either by affecting lysosome motility or by dispersing actin structures that accumulate on lysosomes during PIKfyve inhibition. This does not seem to depend on autophagy, lysosome damage, altered lysosome pH or calcium.
