资源简介:
In aquatic environments, various natural and anthropogenic factors lead to the frequent occurrence of hypoxia, endangering the health and survival of aquatic organisms. As an important economic fish species in China, pikeperch (Sander lucioperca) is extremely sensitive to hypoxia. However, there are relatively few reports on how hypoxia and reoxygenation affect its intestinal physiology and microbial community. Here, three treatment groups were set for pikeperch: normoxia, hypoxia (48 h), and reoxygenation (hypoxia for 48 h then 6 h of reoxygenation), with the aim of evaluating changes in intestinal microbiota composition.
