Bacterial communities in post-slaughter environment of farmed Atlantic salmon

The goals of this study were to firstly add data to the ongoing establishment of a basic knowledge about the farmed Atlantic salmon’s microbiome and secondly to apply the analysis of the microbial communities' composition and dynamics in a post-slaughter environment to the practical issue of product quality.
