Strontium isotopes measured in collagen extracted from NIST SRM 1400 and 1486
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the isotope data supporting a study investigating whether bone collagen can serve as a reliable substrate for strontium isotope (87Sr/86Sr and δ88Sr) and strontium concentration ([Sr]) analyses. Measurements were performed on spiked and un-spiked NIST Standard Reference Materials (NIST-SRM-1400 and NIST-SRM-1486), including extracted collagen, demineralised residues, and associated demineralisation solutions, to evaluate the reliability of collagen-associated strontium. Table 1. Sample metadata for spiked and un-spiked NIST-SRM-1400 and NIST-SRM-1486 reference materials, including original sample weights, post-demineralisation residue weights (NIST-SRM-1400 ), extracted collagen weights (NIST-SRM-1486), and calculated collagen yields following collagen extraction. Table 2. Strontium isotope ratios (87Sr/86Sr and δ88Sr) and strontium concentrations ([Sr]) of all un-spiked NIST reference material samples and their corresponding demineralisation solutions. Table 3. Strontium isotope ratios (87Sr/86Sr and 88Sr/86Sr) and strontium concentrations ([Sr]) of all spiked NIST reference material samples and their corresponding demineralisation solutions.
