Integrated transcriptome and metabolome analysis of mechanism on intranasal spray insulin against vascular dementia

to investigate the effects and mechanism of insulin on 2-VO induced vascular dementia (VD) rat models. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups.
