Car_park_CaseB_FLATBIM_dataset

This dataset presents a lightweight FLAT BIM information model of an existing parking area in Malešice, Prague, developed retrospectively from an available two-dimensional as-built survey. The dataset demonstrates how conventional 2D survey information can be enriched with object identities, simplified three-dimensional geometry, material properties, quantity information and semantic classifications without creating a geometrically detailed full BIM model. The deposit comprises an IFC 4.3 model, a structured WASTEie data workbook and an accompanying methodological report. The IFC and spreadsheet data are semantically aligned and include consistent element identities, material descriptions, EWC information and circularity-related properties. The dataset supports asset inventory, preliminary quantity estimation, material flow analysis, construction and demolition waste assessment and preparation for carbon footprint calculations.
