Genome wide RNA-Seq of LOG OX1 and wildtype Chlorella variabilis cultures

To assess the significant downstream pathways affected by the overexpression of LONELY GUY in Chlorella, transcriptome analysis was carried out using RNA sequencing of three biological replicates each from WT and LOG OX1 at 14 dpi (1h before dark phase).
