Dataset Description

This dataset is designed for use with the SIGnature package, which enables rapid querying of gene sets across many scRNA-seq datasets by leveraging precomputed gene attribution scores.

File Structure

Each file is compressed and can be extracted with the command “tar -xzf [FILE]”

Within the extracted folder, you will find

Cell Metadata: a compressed CSV file (“cell_metadata.csv.gz”) containing cell-level metadata

Attribution Data: A TileDB object (“attributions”) containing precomputed attributions that are compatible with the SIGnature package.
