We measured soil greenhouse gas emissions from a tropical dry forest successional gradient in Costa Rica. Data contains daily fluxes of Net ecosystem exchange, precipitation and air temperature derived form an eddy co-variance flux tower, CO2 soil fluxes collected using automatic chambers, CO2, N2O and CH4 soil fluxes collected using manual chambers, water filled pore space (WFPS) and soil temperature collected using decagon sensors.
