昂仁金错位于青藏高原南部,是一处封闭型湖泊。本研究提供了该湖泊钻孔的原始叶蜡氢同位素数据及经冰量校正后的数据。所有样品的前处理及测试工作均在青藏高原地球系统与资源环境重点实验室完成,采用气相色谱-同位素比值质谱联用仪(GC-IRMS)进行测试分析。实验过程中,每日样品分析前均进行H3+因子测定,确保三次重复分析的精度(1σ)控制在±2‰以内。为监控仪器稳定性,每测试6个样品即插入1个标准样品进行质控,测试结果表明数据可靠。
Angren Jinco is a closed lake situated in the southern Tibetan Plateau. This study presents the original hydrogen isotope data of leaf waxes extracted from the lake's drill cores, as well as the data corrected for ice volume effects. All sample pretreatment and analytical testing were conducted at the Key Laboratory of Tibetan Plateau Earth System and Resources Environment. Gas chromatography-isotope ratio mass spectrometry (GC-IRMS) was employed for the analytical measurements. Prior to daily sample analysis, the H3+ factor was determined to ensure that the precision (1σ) of triplicate analyses was maintained within ±2‰. To monitor instrument stability, one standard sample was inserted for quality control after every six tested samples, and the analytical results confirm the reliability of the dataset.
