<b>CDTD: A global database for crop domestication traits</b>

Here, we extracted data from 79 publications reporting comparative studies of crop domestication traits worldwide and built a database (CDTD) containing 56 traits from 58 crops. This database includes 1492 records and information on their geography and experimental environment. CDTD is a big dataset of crop domestication traits, which provides information for crop domestication research and is helpful for future crop breeding and crop re-domestication.
