资源简介:
Objectives: The current research on the mechanism of exercise-induced detoxification mainly focuses on the brain regulation of exercise, but there are few reports on the regulation of gut microbiota in exercise-induced detoxification. The aim of this study is to explore the effect of 8 weeks combined resistance and aerobic training on gut microbiota of methamphetamine addicts, and to explore the mechanism of gut microbiota on exercise-induced detoxification. Methods: 20 methamphetamine addicts were randomly divided into exercise group and control group. The exercise group adopted the mode of combined resistance and aerobic training, and received three exercise interventions every week, each exercise included 20 minutes of moderate intensity (65% - 75% HRmax) aerobic exercise and 20 minutes of anti resistance exercise, lasting for 8 weeks; the control group only carried out routine life of abstinence. Before the experiment, we investigated the background information of methamphetamine addicts, detected the diet and gut microbiota, strictly controlled the subjects' diet during the whole experiment, and minimized the influence of dietary factors on the experimental results. After the experiment, the feces of the subjects were collected for gut microbiota analysis and compared with the gut microbiota before the experiment. Results: α diversity analysis showed that after 8 weeks of aerobic plus resistance training, α diversity of gut microbiota in exercise group was lower than that in control group. PCoA analysis showed that there was a significant difference in gut microbiota structure between exercise group and control group. The abundance of Enterobacteriaceae (P=0.021) and Bifidobacteriaceae (P=0.016) in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the relative abundance of Veillenellaceae (P=0.0073) and Tanerellaceae (P=0.0342) was significantly lower than that in the control group . In the exercise group, gut microbiota with increased abundance, such as Bifidobacteriaceae, Lachnospiraceae and Acidaminococcaceae, can metabolize short chain fatty acids and participate in the immune regulation of the body, which is of great significance to the health of the body. Conclusion: 8-week combined resistance and aerobic training can effectively promote the beneficial development of gut microbiota on methamphetamine addicts, which may play a key role in promoting drug withdrawal through exercise.
