This series consists of minutes and meeting papers of the Executive Trading Committee of Macquarie Generation, a State Owned Corporation.The Executive Trading Committee reviewed and documented compliance with the energy trading risk management policy, the forward contracting strategy and the bidding and risk management strategies. The Committee met as required to review offers to be made to counterparties, approve new products and to consider changes to strategy. It also approved changes to procedures and, together with the Board Audit and Assurance Committee, performed the functions of a market risk committee within the organisation.The Committee comprised the Managing Director, the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and the General Manager, Marketing.This is a hybrid series.
