Referee Appointment Index: supporting data, workbooks and code

Supporting information for the manuscript "Appointment standing of football referees: Construction and evaluation of a five-year index from UEFA club competitions" (PLOS ONE submission). It contains the match-level database of refereeing appointments in the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, the UEFA category lists and annual national denominators, the full individual and national rankings, the statistical computations, the validity and rank-uncertainty analyses, and the external validity workbook and code. The files are named after the Supporting information labels of the manuscript (S1 Table, S1–S6 File). README.md maps them to the earlier labels (E1–E6) and file names, and gives an English glossary of the Hungarian sheet names.
